Garden Club visit (with optional lunch before)

Our April 18th visit will be to Plantagenet Plants located at 7 rue des Figuiers-Argentay, Les Verchers sur Layon, Doué-en-Anjou. This pepinière produces 750 varieties of plants, mainly perennials and grasses that are easy-to-grow. The cost of the visit is 7€, but everyone will receive a coupon for the same amount to be used for purchases in the boutique. The tour will start at 2:30pm. Find more information about Plantagenet Plants at: https://www.plantagenetplantes.com. A fun lunch is planned beforehand at Le Caveau, 4 Place du Champ de Foire, Doué-en-Anjou. This special troglodyte restaurant serves a “typical, back-in-the-day, Anjou meal” for a fixed price of 26 euros, absolutely everything included (aperitif, entrée/plat/dessert, wine & coffee). You have no choice in what to eat; everyone eats the same meal, and the fouaces are “all you can eat” direct from the oven.
