Celebrating 30 years of library service!

The library has been a sanctuary for many, a space for learning and community, the place to be for almost three decades. From the 1st to the 8th of December, the library will be celebrating its 30th anniversary!

Starting on December 1st, there will be a memory tree set up at the front of the library.  We invite everyone to write down their favorite memory of the library and hang it on the tree.  We can’t wait to read them all!

Additionally, we will have photos and news articles from the past 30 years on display.  Whether you have been a part of our community since the very beginning or a new member, please come and take a walk down memory lane!

Finally, we will close out the week with a special edition of Coffee House on December 8th at 10:00 am.  We’ll be throwing the library a 30th birthday party!  Stop by for a hot cuppa, some cake, and great company!

In the season of giving, consider donating to the little library with a big heart!

Dear friends of the library,

On the eve of our 30th anniversary, we have much to be thankful for. The library is alive and thriving thanks to our members, our dedicated team of staff and volunteers, and our generous and steadfast partners.

As we look toward the next 30 years, we are excited to continue to grow, change, and find new ways to provide rich cultural programming and a wide array of books to generations to come.

In 2023, our goal is to raise 12,000€ in individual donations by the end of the year. We’ve already raised 6945€ so we have 5055€ to raise by the end of December.

We hope that you will consider making a first-time gift or renewing your gift today.

You can donate online by clicking here or, if you prefer to send a check or cash, you can fill out this form by clicking here

And don’t forget! You can enjoy a tax reduction of 66% of every dollar you donate. In other words, if you donate 100€, the actual cost to you is 34€.

We will keep you posted on our progress on our here.

Thank you for your support and we can’t wait to see you in the library soon!
