Horse and carriage ride in the woods (see web site chevalsaintlaud.fr) followed by a four-course meal at Phoebe’s house in the countryside and Phoebe’s famous apple crumble, all in front of a roaring fire! A perfect day in the French countryside. Date to be determined.
