Garden Club visit

Garden Club visit | 03/04/2025 | 10:30 am-12:30 pm

Garden Club visit

On Thursday morning, April 3, the Garden Club will visit the Parc Oriental in Maulévrier where we look forward to seeing the cherry trees in bloom.  You can find much more information about this park on their website at www.parc-oriental.com.  This guided visit of two hours will take place in English!

Our tour is scheduled for 10:30am, which is when the park opens.  However, they ask that the group arrive 10 minutes in advance and enter by the “Entrée Principale Visiteurs” marked by this red entrance sign ⛩️.

A reservation for lunch, at 12:45pm, has been made at Le Cheval Blanc, 12 rue St Pierre, St Pierre des Echaubrognes.  They offer a menu du jour (entrée, plat de poisson ou viande, + dessert) for 18,50€ or pièce de boucher du moment + dessert for 24.90€.  It is located just two minutes from the Parc Oriental, and when we went there last year, everyone enjoyed it.

If you would like to join us, please send an email to GardenClub@ELLIA.org no later than March 24 to advise if you will come to the garden visit and lunch or just to the garden visit.
