Reflexology Session generously donated by Sandrine Henry

A one-hour appointment including 40 minutes of a well-being session. Reflexology is a complementary therapy, a method of massage that relieves tension through the application of finger pressure to the feet, in order to promote healing, relieve stress, etc. in other parts of the body.In addition to bring in-depth relaxation, this session will be a way for “novices” to find out more about reflexology and its benefits.

Origami Lesson & Tea generously donated by Anne Lebeugle

Two hour origami lessons to create seven different designs at a location of your choice (the library, your home etc.) Offer includes tea and cakes during the lesson. The lesson is for six people max, each paying individually for this one session.

Family Day Art Work Shop generously donated by Garry Smart

Adults and children welcome, children ages 5 years and older would be more applicable. During the workshop, the family can explore drawing, painting, and print making designing individual pieces of work which can be finalized as mounted pieces. All materials will be provided as part of the day’s course. Five people maximum.
