Cancelled: Textile Arts & Crafts

If you love needlecraft, this activity is for you! Each participant will make a textile creation of their choice while exchanging different techniques in English. All styles are welcome: embroidery, patchwork, quilting, weaving, collage, tapestry, etc.

For those who wish, it is possible to work on a group project. Each person will make their own textile artwork inspired by the Neil Gaiman quote, “A book is a dream that you hold in your hand.” The pieces will be shown at the library as an art exhibition in 2020.

Bring your own materials and join us at the library for this afternoon of crafting. Open to library members. Please sign up at the front desk, when possible.
